The EFR course (Emergency First Response) focuses on building your confidence in increasing your willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. As a participant, you will learn the steps to perform emergency care in a non-stressful environment. 

This course is supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning. 

The Emergency First Response course follows the same sequence of priorities used by emergency medical professionals with regard to CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use. It encompasses adult, child and infant CPR and first aid skills, Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) training and emergency oxygen use. 

The PADI eLearning allows you to complete the first section of your course at your own pace, whenever and wherever is convenient for you… Even before arriving in Zanzibar! You will have to attend a practical assessment before you become an Emergency First Responder.
