In 2018, we opened our Diving Centre Scuba Blue Zanzibar in order to share our love of both Zanzibar and diving with visitors to the area. We have since welcomed customers from all over the world, helping them discover Zanzibar’s fascinating underwater world for themselves.
As passionate dive Centre, we love taking customers out no matter their level. Whether we’re introducing first timers to the water or showing experienced divers around the beautiful sites Zanzibar has to offer, we’re guaranteed to have a smile on our faces.

Scuba blue diving Centre is the second diving Centre established by locals in Pwani Mchangani. It is located at east coast part of the beautiful Island of Zanzibar.
We offer daily snorkeling and scuba diving trips as well as providing a variety of DIVING COURSES, from beginner to Advanced.
Join us to explore the beautiful ocean environments and enjoy the Zanzibar marine life.
We are a small boutique dive Centre just recently opened in Pwani Mchangani at East Coast of Zanzibar. Scuba Blue Diving Centre started its operation just at the end of the 2018. We are the second dive Centre established by local Zanzibaris. Two friends from the village of Pwani Mchangani took the step to fulfill their dream of establishing a dive Centre, Where they could share their passion for the sea, their love of scuba diving and the adventures that comes with all this. We are sure to provide the same quality service as our foreign competitors but to a friendlier price.
The team consists of highly experienced professionals who have all grow up by the seas and reef around Zanzibar and have been working full-time with diving for the last 20 years. What these guys don’t know about the reefs around Zanzibar, it’s not worth knowing. Our gears are in good condition and the crews are eager to make your holiday into a happy and unforgettable memory

Having worked the Zanzibar dive industry in divemaster, instructor and skipper roles
in all the main dive regions of the country, we know the industry from the inside – so
allow us to be your hosts in Zanzibar
Catering specifically to beginners and experienced divers looking for a more personalized experience,
our dive Centre is different from others. We believe the best way to feel safe and comfortable
whether you’re learning or exploring is to dive in small groups.
SMALL GROUP
All our Try Scuba Dives (beginner) are conducted on a 1-1 basis with an experienced instructor. This allows the student plenty of time to get familiar with the equipment and techniques without the pressure that’s commonly felt in a group setting. Each student will receive the full attention of the instructor, who will tailor the lesson to suit your needs. It’s important that your first experience of diving is a good one, so we encourage anyone who has had a bad first experience somewhere else to come and try again with us!
Similarly, we teach our Open Water courses either privately or in small groups. With a maximum of 2 people per instructor, students get individual attention and plenty of time to practice key skills.
SAFETY
We strictly adhere to all standards and safety regulations. Our top priority is our customers’ safety, meaning we never push any limits. All our dives are no decompression dives, and we will only take customers to depths equivalent to their training and comfort level. We are always happy to help customers who want to improve their skills, so if you want to improve during a fun dive, simply let us know.
Safety is our primary focus. All our boat are equipped with life jackets, life ring and other safety equipment. Our staff is trained in primary and secondary care skills, enabling them to respond to any type of emergency.
GREAT LOCATION
Our office is located on the beach, close to all types of accommodation and close to Mnemba Atoll: home to Zanzibar’s most beautiful reef and marine life, including the bottle nose dolphins.
