Bubble Maker Course
About the Course
Bubblemaker is as fun as it sounds – a chance for kids to blow bubbles by scuba diving. Children who are at least 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water.
The session will begin with an informative talk, covering safety aspects of Scuba and what breathing underwater for the first time will be like. Our team of PADI professionals will assist your child putting on the equipment in the pool. They will be given time to adjust to the exhilarating feeling of breathing underwater before setting off on their exploration. Add some bubbles, toys, flips & turns and this will be an unforgettable experience.
Bubblemakers get a chance to:
- Experience scuba diving under the direct care and supervision of a PADI Pro.
- Take their first breaths underwater in water shallower than 2 metres/6 feet.
- Learn about and use scuba diving equipment made for children – not adults.
Prerequisites
- The minimum age to participate in the PADI Bubblemaker program is 8.
- Each child will need to complete a PADI Bubblemaker Statement, which includes a brief medical questionnaire.
- Learn about and use scuba diving equipment made for children – not adults.
- Any medical conditions highlighted on the form must be approved by a GP or diving physician prior to taking part.
What Is Included
- Scuba diving equipment hire, including mask & fins.
- Safety briefing covering Scuba equipment, hand signals, water safety and the physics and physiology of diving in a simple and easy to understand format.
- Supervision and tuition with our friendly PADI Instructors & PADI Divemasters
