MWANA WA MWANA

Level: beginner-intermediate
Depth: 3-20 m

Mwana wa Mwana on the Northern tip consists of a gradual sloping fringing reef with corals from 3 metres down to 10-12m then a sloping sediment bottom down to 20-30m. Some of our more camouflauged species found on this reef include scorpionfish, ghost pipefish and seahorses.

RAS MSIKITINI

Level: beginner-intermediate
Depth: 3-20m

From a small walls slooping down on a fringing reef the corals range from a depth of 3-20 metres with mild currents.
Some of the species found on this reef include frogfish, stone fish, leaf fish and a resident school of batfish.

TUMBATU REEF

Level: beginner-intermediate
Depth: 5-20 m

Tumbatu Reef has a stunning shallow coral wall which drops from 5 metres down to 10-12 metres then a gentle sloping bottom with coral bommies continuing to around 20m as the sand bank continues down to 30+ metres. Here we can see lots of reef fish, groupers, nudibranch, Picasso triggerfish and moray eels.
